Get a current code and scan it again from Fudi Rewards.

The message The code has expired, please scan it again appears when Fudi receives a temporary code outside its validity period.
Solution
- Close the error message.
- Ask the restaurant to show the dynamic QR again.
- Open the Fudi Rewards scanner.
- Scan the code that is currently visible.
The dynamic QR lasts approximately one minute and updates before expiring. Don't use a previous capture.
If it was a printed QR
Printed QR codes do not have a periodic expiration date. If one stops working, the restaurant could deactivate it or regenerate it. Request the current code from the branch team.
