What happens to your loyalty history
Understand how visits, progress, rewards, and restaurant operations are maintained.
Fudi maintains the necessary history to show your progress and for the restaurant to audit its loyalty operation.
While your account is active, you can view visits, available or upcoming rewards, and corresponding history. Each restaurant maintains independent progress.
Pausing a program prevents new activity and exchanges, but does not reset the accumulated. Archiving removes you from the operation without erasing your historical records. Switching a restaurant to private mode also does not eliminate existing visits or transactions.
Rewards can change status due to redemption or expiration and go to history. Expiration dates continue to advance even if a program is paused.
If you delete your account, you lose access to this history. Fudi anonymizes your identity and deactivates memberships, while preserving the operational records you need for auditing and reporting integrity.
