The reward QR has expired

The redemption QR lasts approximately one minute. If the counter ends before the restaurant confirms the operation, the code is no longer valid.

Generate another

1. Close the error message.
2. Confirm that the reward is still Available.
3. Tap the card again.
4. Select Generate a new code if the sheet remains open.
5. Show the new QR to the restaurant team.

Creating another code revokes the previous one. Don't ask them to rescan an expired capture.

If you can't generate another one, the reward may have expired, been redeemed, belong to a paused program, or may no longer be available for that restaurant.
