Recover password

You can regain access even if you don't remember your password. The application begins in the app and is completed on a secure Fudi Rewards page.

Reset password

1. On the login screen, select Forgot your password?.
2. On the Forgot your password? page, enter your account email.
3. Select Send reset link.
4. Check your inbox and open the link received.
5. Enter the new password and confirm it.
6. Select Update Password.
7. Return to Fudi Rewards and log in with the new password.

For security, the page always shows Check your inbox, whether or not there is an account with that email.

If the link does not work

A link may have expired or been previously used. Go back to the recovery request and request a new one. Only use the most recent link and do not share it.
