Programs, visits and progress
How a visit program works
Discover how views are accumulated, milestones are reached, and rewards are delivered.
In a visit program, each accepted visit brings your card closer to the next objective.
The restaurant defines:
- the number of visits of the cycle;
- visits in which rewards are granted;
- the validity of the program;
- what happens when the cycle is completed.
A reward is issued when your progress reaches the configured milestone. If there are intermediate rewards, you can receive them before completing the cycle.
Upon completion, the program can restart counting to begin another cycle or keep the card completed. The chosen option is applied automatically.
Only visits confirmed by Fudi count. A rejected, duplicate, or attempted attempt while the program is paused does not increase progress.
