Set program validity
Defines when the validity of a loyalty program begins and ends.
The validity limits the period in which a program can process activity.
- Open the program from Benefits.
- In Settings, locate the validity fields.
- Defines the start date, if the program should start later.
- Define the end date, if it should end automatically.
- Check that the end date is after the initial date.
- Select Save.
Outside its validity period, the program does not accept activity. Pausing does not change the expiration dates of rewards that have already been issued.
